Default Ground beef recipes?

I have some mince (ground beef) defrosting for dinner tonight, but can't make up my mind on what to do. Usually I make a shepherds pie, lasanga, or mince chow mein, but I want to try something new.

What are your favourite ways to use ground beef?

I use it for a version of beef stroganoff.

Browned meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
2 cups spinach
heat thoroughly

Serve over noodles

I love ground beef... and cook with it a lot... so of our favs are

Chili
Tacos
Cheeseburger tacos (just like tacos, but no taco season and then top with cheese, onion and ketchup - one of the few recipes DH remembers his mama making)
Meaty Spaghetti sauce
mozzarella stuffed meatballs
Sloppy joes
beef and gravy
restaurant style hamburgers (regular hamburgers with onion slide inside the burger and then butter and grill the inside of the buns)
stuffed green peppers

Cheeseburger pie!

This is similar to the one I use but mine uses shredded cheddar & swiss not Velveeta and we leave out the pickles

I made fried rice with hamburger last night - it was different from the normal fried rice I make, but still very yummy!

A fun twist on tacos is using wonton wrappers instead. Put them in a muffin tin and fill with taco meat, cheese, etc. Then bake. I can't find the one I pinned, but there are lots of recipes for this on Pinterest.

You guys are awesome. So many great ideas. I ended up doing a Thai style mix in a lettuce wrap. I'm going to try some of the other ideas next time.

i've browned it, and then added it to macaroni and cheese, along with a can of rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilis), and half a packet of taco seasoning. it was decent. i'd drain the rotel if i do it again.

cheese meatloaf is always a hit around here, too. mom's been making that for years, and her mom made it for years. she doesn't add mustard or bbq sauce, but i bet it would be yummy with those added.
