Order says Product Unavailable

I'm not sure why, but I only downloaded 1 of 2 files so far for the calendar template (Melissa Bennett's 2013 Wall Calendar...I just need the toppers) the other day when I purchased them (Sunday I believe) and now when I try to download the second part, it will only take me to a page that says "Unavailable product
This product is unavailable or temporary disabled." Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

The product was disabled because it was part of our Going, Going... GONE sale last month and is now retired. If you send me a mail at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com, I'll try to get you fixed up with a new download link.

Thanks! I'm panicking lol because another file isn't showing up that I purchased the same day ("Another Galaxy" by Traci Reed and Julie Billingsley) and I have procrastinated on making my son's b-day invites which is 10 days away. Was hoping to get them done tonight so he could take them to school tomorrow. Emailing you now with the info!
