cindy's templates 88 & 89

Is anyone else having difficulty downloading these. The kits are only downloading partially. I'm using the psd version. Any suggestions I've downloaded it twice.

I downloaded the psd/tif files and they downloaded just fine for me. However, I did purchase 2 kits that I had to download twice because the first time it didn't download completely.

All of my purchases today have only been partially unzipping. Error message says that certain files in the zip are corrupted. Have tried on 2 computers... figure I will try again tomorrow. Cindy's 89 is one. Only 2 and 3 PSD came through with the previews....

Sometimes when I have trouble with downloads, I use a different browser. Like changing fromFirefox to Safari or IE. Hope you get your downloads soon!

also try d/ling 1 zip at a time...been a few problems this weekend that I've seen.

hi! I don't think there is anything wrong with the template files, I think there are quite a few downloading issues with the store recently. I sent an e-mail to Robin though, and she has someone looking into it, so hopefully we can figure out what the problem is!

Make sure if you're redownloading the file to delete the originally downloaded one, and then empty your recycle bin. I've had issues before when downloading where it just uses the one I've already downloaded and I never get anywhere - but deleting and emptying the recycle bin before trying again always worked.
