Help finding a template

Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone can help me find a template. At least I think it's a template. I came across a layout in the shop for 20 Questions by Shawna Clingerman. The layout appears to use a template that I can't seem to find in the shoppe. Does anyone know if it exists or if it was something that member made? Is it sad that I don't remember this? if anyone knows what the template set was called I can see if I still have it in my archives.

I checked my stash, it's one of the templates from your Journal Love pack, Lynnette. Sigh... I miss your templates!

awww that's my layout! and yep journal love is what I have it under too LOL!

ps. gosh! so many of his answers have changed in 3 years.. I really REALLY regret not doing more of these types of layouts

Awesome template, I don't use usely this form but ..... the layout is very great.
this could make me change my mind about this kind of template
