Default RQOTD: How many kids do you have?

My Random Question of the Day:

How many kids do you have? Also, if you want to answer -- are you done or planning more??

I have 2 punks and, much as I love little ones, we are SO done. Now that they are getting a little older (7 and 9) we can travel again and they can help around the house somewhat -- life is so much easier!

oops, I meant to post a poll -- choices are::

1
2
3
4
5 or more
I've lost count

We have 2 boys, 1 and 2, and I want one more, but DH does not. I'm pretty sure I'll win. And then we'll be done, I just feel like one more would be complete.

2 1 boy and 1 girl

They're my miracle babies...went through 3 years of infertility with number 1 and 2 years with number 2...both were surprise babies and now we're through..I had my tubes tied after DD b/c at 35 I don't need any more surprises lol.

When we were first married, we wanted at least 3 but God had other plans I suppose.

We have 3 and are done. We were done after 2, but decided (kinda spur of the moment) that we weren't getting any younger and neither were our other kids. And we didn't want to get 10 years down the road and regret not having another. Tomorrow morning, hubby will be going for a consult Dr. appt. for the snip-snip!!

And we are more than done ... well, at least I am.

I've got two, and we're done - at least until they figure out a way for boys to have babies.. SO wants another one, he wants a boy (both ours are girls), but I am so done. My youngest has just finished using nappies, and I love the thought that I never have to change a nappy again unless I want to

And I figure, what if we have another one, and that one is a girl as well? Where will it end? I know someone who wanted a girl so bad, they ended up with six boys. And then they gave up..

Hope he has better luck than my hubby! Most men only have two vas deferens tubes. My hubby was one of the lucky ones that have three....so doc wants him to come by to get snip-snip AGAIN!!

We have a boy 7 and a girl 4....and we are DONE!!!

I have 4 with 2 on the way so by year end we'll have 6.

We always said we wanted 4 and we were very content with our 4. DH is a huge procrastinator though and didn't get in for his snip snip - so now we have surprise twins on the way! Although the pregnancy and the twins part - were real shockers - we have now hit the part where we are just so excited to be adding to our family again. A lot of our friends have teased us about our oops pregnancy but we are already glad that DH put off his surgery.

(of course he'll be having it now or there will be no nookie again ever LOL)

2 for us. Jeff went and got himself fixed before I had JJ and he told me he was too old to have more kids. There are moments where I really want one more and then I get back to reality.

0 for me

But hopefully adding in the next few years. We're planning on at least 2, I would be happy with 3, MAYBE 4.

One girl here. And no more coming. After a 43 hr labor/delivery, I insisted that DH get neutered LOL. He got the snip 6 weeks after Rachel was born.
Now I kind of wish we'd waited on that, because I'd love another baby, but we honestly can't afford another anyway. So it's for the best IMO.

Two boys, ages 6½ish and 9½ish. I don't feel done. I know there's something missing from our family, but I'm 35 now and somehow don't see another pregnancy happening easily--especially since we haven't been preventing for nearly two years now. iSigh...

We have 3 (two girls and a boy) and we are most definitely done since I had a tubal right after Kyle was born! My DH was actually done after the two girls and wanted to get the snip-snip done but I wouldn't let him cause I wanted one more, so I got my way and oh my gosh is he a handful lol!

4 boys...and with my baby turning 18 next month, we're done! My dh got that taken care of, AND I'm on bc pills for hormones, and the fact that I'm older than the hills...I don't think it would even be possible to have another one! (YAY!!!!)

We have 3--all girls.

We for sure want one more, but maybe even 2 more--we'll have to see how I feel after we have 4. I thought with each child I'd think "this is too hard, no more." But each time I am more comfortable having a newborn (even though it is very very hard) that I actually feel more ready for another. But my baby is only 5 months, so no rush for the next one!

I've got 2 girls, 2 1/2 years apart. I love them will all my heart but we are definitely, definitely done.

3 for us, 2 boys and a girl. We're definitely done now.

I adore my 3 and I know I'll miss the baby stage soon, but I'm starting to look forward to the days when they're a bit older and more independent. You know, when there won't be 2 in diapers and I don't have 2 nappers to work the schedule around and I can leave the house alone for longer than an hour. Jason starts full day K next month and Ben will be in preschool 4 mornings, so I'm starting to feel like there's some freedom (and a chance to actually get things done!) coming soon. I just can't imagine starting over again with a 4th.

We have three and I am undecided if we are done. Garret says yes..and I am done for the time being, but I am way too young to decide I am done for good. We both would like to adopt at some point if finances allow.

ETA: we have two boys (5 and 3) and a girl (1). I would love for Stella to have a sister....*sigh*

I have 2 girls. 9 and almost 6. I love my girls but I really want another. He really wants a boy and I want another regardless if it is a boy or girl. So we will see what the future brings!

Two here - 5 yo DD and 1 yo DS - I'd be happy with a couple more but I'll be 40 in 2 weeks so I'm not sure how likely that is.

We have 2 boys and are done biologically but we're looking into adoption from foster care next year. We'd like one more child, but are open to 2 siblings. The catch is I'd like a child younger than my 2 so we could be waiting awhile.

3 little boys here, ages 5, 3 and 19 months.

Most likely, there will be a fourth child in about two years, hopefully a little girl!

I have 5!
Amanda is 15 and a blessing.
Bryan is 13 and he is an angry guy.
Sara is 11 and a handfull. I was done after Sara, had my tubes tied.
Then I married Andy and he wanted one of his own. So I did in vitro.
Natalie and Derek are 5 and I am so beyond done. I don't even have the "ooh baby" anymore. And it is sad because all my friends are just starting thier families and I don't find it cute.

We have three now. Not sure how many we'll have altogether, but with them each being about 3 years apart, it makes it really easy to say that I'm happy to welcome more and more! I get pregnant, recover from early baby-dom, start to loose weight, enjoy the toddler stage and just when they start to get pretty independent, I get knocked back on to the couch with morning sickness again. Not a bad cycle. LOL!

Girl, girl, girl! That's what I'm rooting for! I'm sure you'll win. Like he can stay away? Babies happen. Don't tell him I said that.
