Default What is your digi weakness?

For me it is red, white and blue. I just bought 3 Americana type kits. There were a couple more I wanted but I kept the obsession under control.

What digi item gets you every time? What is your weakness?

I love flowers! I eye up the flowers in a kit and they make me decide whether to buy it or not!

My most recent page kind of shows off my flower addiction, lol, I normally keep it under control with me having 2 boys though!

I'm afraid digi in itself is a weakness for me, which is why I probably buy so much.

hmmm....everything. LOL

Seriously, doodles and felt are a must have for me. Like Zoe's You Rock, those felty stars just call to me. And Shawna's swooshy swoony doodles.....so irresistible. Those are just a few examples though!

For me, it's kits with lots of colours, but include some black or white "relief". I guess I just find it easier to scrap that way...

And good templates. Always buying good templates!

I love holiday kits. 4th of July kits I love, but I didn't take any pictures this year for the 4th, so I won't be getting any, which sucks because I have 3 in my wishlist. LOL!

Theme elements... on any subject... that gets my mojo going to mix and match all the different theme items into layouts or hybrid learning tools for my kiddo... oh and polka dot ribbons tied in a bow...

I have a major weakness for any kind of independence day kits too. They are so boy friendly and we always have such a nice time as a family on the 4th so I always end up with oodles of pictures. I love just about all holiday or theme kits too. Non-theme kits are nice too but when I start out scrapping with a themed kit I already know what I'm going to scrap so it's nice to have direction. Sometimes with non themed kits I get to the part of the page where it's time to title/journal and I'm lost lol.

Just about everything. I do tend to gravitate towards stars, felt and stitches though. BUT, I buy everything else too!!!! I buy the least of flower stuff (I do have some!) just because I am in a house of blue.

Neenee- do you shadow doodles? I want to use them more but am unsure.

And what is kraft paper?

doodles - no I don't shadow them. I generally lay them on my background as if they are drawn on

kraft paper - the background:

I love flowers and kits with bold and bright colors! Generally anything that will be fabulous for pages of my boys. But I would be in huge trouble if I had a girl- pink is my weakness and it makes me sad that I dont get to buy too many girly kits since Im in a house of blue.

Well, I love bright colors and non-distressed papers... but mostly I just find a few favorite designers and have to buy everything they make.

95% of the time no. The only time I do is if I happen add a stroke to it so it looks more like a sticker.

I love pink kits and themed kits with lots of clipart. Also Alpha's. I seldom use them but a good alpha is usually the deciding factor on a Kit i'm iffy on. And lately I seem to be a sucker for scalloped templates too.

I'm a sucker for alphas and date elements. I LOVE felt elements, and some good kraft or patterned papers (non-distressed). I don't really mind whether a kit is themed or not (I usually make it work), but the colours are what attract me - I love bright, bold colours the most!

I loovveee it when kits include fabulous wordart...that way I don't have to agonize over titles! lol...after 5+ years I'm about burned out on titles

Also papers...gorgeous, colorful, patterny papers...pretty much just like all the kits at SSD..nothing is more aggravating to me than to buy a kit with fabulous elements and it have about 7-8 drab boring papers..or papers that aren't anything alike...I love me some layered papers That's why I love unzipping SSD kits...never ever disappointed in the papers...

Templates are the big thing for me. I love exploring different styles that I cannot achieve on my own. I usually think that all my non-template pages look the same.

I also love colour. I need lots of patterned paper and one paper with all the color scheme in it. It just ties in the lo. I'm not drawn to neutral colours at all.

I also love when a kit is full with elements, since I am not a minimalist scrapper. The kits I get from SSD never disappoint me, they are extremely easy to work with for me.

I have three boys and I still use girly kits to scrap them. I also use flowers for them. I have no problem with that. lol!

Theme theme theme for me too!

Bright, clear colors.

And if a kit has a sun, cloud, rainbow I always want to buy it, even if I have 73000 kits with the same thing!!

I know people will not be surprised here ... but ROBOT kits!!

Second in line would be date elements ... and then theme kits ... I like bowling kits ... boyish kits ... non-flowery type kits.

vintagy items always get me...fabby word art...adore acrylic alphas...stitching and leafy things/greenery will almost be an automatic cart addition or the very least wish listed...I also look for kits that I can use for both girl and boy since I have one of each..I use tons of boy kits with my DD though and vice versa for my boy

Well for me, I think a nice striped paper in a kit is a must, but really kits that have a bunch of elements and papers that are fun do it for me. Any theme as long as they look fun and are VERY high quality. I do get very picky. That's why I shop here all the time I guess! LOL!

I really love templates! I very often change them -- flip, rotate, move around, add another photo, etc. But I love starting out with a template. I have to make myself not use them.

I'm also really drawn to kraft paper and stuff, but am not as successful actually using it! LOL!

I just love stuff! I love a kit to be packed with all sorts of elements - string, ribbons, doodles, stitching, flowers - anything I can pile on a page. I'm not nearly as drawn to buy kits that only have a few elements in them.

Here's my dirty little secret. I could be convinced to practically buy ANYTHING that is shadowed well in the preview. Seriously, I could have NO use, but if the preview is shadowed well and I can see a good variety of elements and papers, it's all in my willpower not to buy it.

But, the things I don't resist are the bright colors, and anything with generic elements like stars, ribbons, circles, etc etc. The cluster-able elements.
