30 Days of Thanks - November 13th

Today I am thankful for on line shopping! I hate to shop, so on line shopping is a real boon for me. I have some Christmas shopping to do today, so I am grateful and happy I can do it warm and comfortable in my own home.

I am also thankful for those of you who shop on line with us. Your patronage and purchases make it possible for all of us to work at, and earn a living, doing something we love. Thank you so much for that very special privilege.

I'm with you on this one Lorie! Just this morning I did a bunch of online shopping for Christmas. It sure makes it so much easier! And of course, I'm always thankful for the amazing SSD people!!!

I'm thankful for nature and nature centers. I took my girls on a small hike today and they had a small nature center. I hesitated to go inside because that's who I am... shy for everything. But an older man came out and told us they had animals in there. So we went in and he showed us toads and frogs and turtles and snakes. There was a cool starling who kept singing for us. He even let us feed the starling some mealworms (which we were all scared of but Leonie my youngest did it haha)
Then we took a nice hike in the woods on muddy path and even saw a deer. It was a really nice morning. I should do that more often.

Today I was thankful for my nice cozy toque. It was cold and windy out there today and my ears were toasty warm.
