Default Weight Watchers People

So, I am back on WW to try to slim down a few before the summer and I have to say that I really like the new points plus program. I thought it wouldn't work since they were giving us so many more points....but it does work and I seem to be eating more fruits and veggies than before.

My only question is, I don't seem to be using many of my weekly points....is that bad? Should I try to use them? What are you guys doing?

I don't use any of my weekly points or my activity points unless I go out to dinner or go somewhere that I can not control what is served. The new program you don't even have to use all of your daily points anymore. Just be careful with the fruit - it's free but that doesn't mean you should be eating 10 servings a day!

I didn't know you could use the activity points lol. And I rarely use all my weekly points, I might use around 10 or less but that's not every week.

I love WW, I've lost 23 pounds since the 8th March!!

I never used my weekly points or my activity points when I did WW before getting pregnant last year. I always felt satisfied. This time around it has been ROUGH and I use a lot of my weekly points too....Baby Derek just turned 6 months old on Sunday so I am hoping I will stop eating for two so this weight will come off faster! LOL I am down about 42 lbs but still have another 35 to go until I reach goal...sigh!!!

I never use the weekly points or the activity points... it's hard enough eating my daily points... part of me can't wait to not have so many points for nursing.

I wonder why they give us so many weekly points now? Before the Points Plus program, I would definitely use my weekly points. Now...not so much. I might dip in a use a couple here or there....

well, the foods we eat are more points... so something that might have been 5 points with the old program is now 6-8 points depending on how healthy it is for you, so I think that's why we have more points to make sure we're still eating enough.

Once in a while I use my weekly points, but not often, I manage to fill up on the veggies and fruit, and I love the new points plus. It is easy to do, and it is truly more about lifestyle change than dieting.

I use some of my weeklys...almost every week lol

I have an affection for soft serve ice cream with hot fudge every once in awhile..keeps me going lol

I'm only losing maybe a lb/week though at this point. I didn't have a specific number set but I'm happy where I am.

I don't use my weekly points unless I go out that weekend haha. I have been doing Weight Watchers since October and have lost 70lbs.

I have struggled with this new program. I ate a lot of fruits and veggies before and it doesn't seem to be working well for me ever since it changed. I am considering finding a new program.
