Default Another Looking For...

Templates with lots and lots of room for journaling. I thought about just plopping the photos in with the story so I tried and it looked BLEH. I want a few smaller photos on the LO but I have a long story to tell haha. It's my son's birth, if that helps. I figure I'll also need that kind of template for some other stuff as well. I did a quick search in the Shoppe but couldn't get them narrowed down very well. Ideas?

I know Lynnette has a few templates with lots of journaling. But not with small photos....

There are a few with lots of journalling. I just can't think of them right now. It'll be some work, but if you look under the Templates category, there will be some.

I would remember on templates like Misty's Big Photo templates you can do the journalling where the photo would be and add photos on the other side. Also dont be afraid to add/take away from a template you really like.

Janet's leave quite a bit of room for journaling . And remember, if you find a template you like, you can always modify it. Take a block that should be a big photo and make it a journaling block, etc.

Last year I did A LOT of journaling on my 365 pages and I used Cindy's P365 templates and just wrote everywhere there was a blank space even if it wasn't designed for that. Here are some examples...

Those look fantastic Tracy! I'll take a look at what I have (TONS) and then browse through the shoppe when I have some time. Thanks!

Penny's 12 Months line might work well too - lots of picture spaces that could also be used for journaling if you were breaking it down into sections:

Another thing you can do is take a template you have and scale it down. Highlight all the layers you want to make smaller (pictures, embellishments, etc) and reduce the size of all of them together. That will give you a lot more background space to journal in, and it's free

i was also gonna suggest the 12-months template collections. i have one set, and it's awesome.
