How many of you girls scrap pictures you've taken

with your iphone?

My SIL needs to start scrapping her baby, but she takes most of her pictures with her phone and isn't sure if they'll look good printed.

I don't have an iphone, so I don't know how the quality is.

I dont have an I phone but have scrapped photos taken by a 1 megapixel camera which had only basic features. If it part of our family's memories I will scrap it.

I have plenty. My iphone takes better pictures than my point and shoot, actually.

I totally agree with Jessica - memories are memories. The best pictures are the ones we have. I have scrapped layouts with photos I took with my BlackBerry and the photos looked fine. Not the best I've taken, but definitely good enough (and I'm pretty picky).

I scrap phone pictures all the time. I have an action that I use to enlarge low res images. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good, and I've been happy with the results. I actually included a download for that action in my Scrap Like A SugarBabe feature on the tutorial blog here at SSD. So, if you want to point your SIL to that tut, she can download the action that I use on low res images.

I scrap with my iPhone and Instagram pictures all the time. I also use the Camera Awesome app on my phone and it helps me take really fantastic pictures.

I'm pretty sure Lex scraps lots of instagram pics too

also the outer camera is HQ the inner isn't so make sure she's using the outer one for most of the shots

Do you mind elaborating? I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but I want to be sure I'm getting the best photos I can on my iPhone, since it is the camera that I usually have available.

When you use the camera to take pictures in front of you, that's the HQ one...when you press the button to turn the camera and take a picture of yourself, that's not.

yep, I totally scrap with my iPhone pics... and I did my whole Week In The Life album with iPhone and Instagram pics and got my album printed like a month ago and it's pretty awesome... but definitely the outer camera is better than the inner camera... tho, I just did a layout using an inner camera iPhone pic yesterday and I think it looks pretty good still, even though I had to increase the size to like 250%

yup. i've gotten really bad about using my iphone instead of my dslr so most of my pics are in fact iphone pics.

Thank you! Of course! That makes sense. It's never occurred to me to use the reverse camera as I thought that was just for Facetime chatting.

Yup, ever since I got mine in February I've left my p&s, lol. However, I haven't printed my layouts yet. There are tons of PL scrappers who use Instagram and their iPhones on their pages though, so she can match up the sizes there in relation to a 12x12 PL page protector.
