Default Dark mode or Light mode?

Do you keep your phone on dark mode or light mode? I feel like this is one of those things that people are 100% for one side of the debate, never in between.

Me - I'm usually in 'light' mode, but I'm trying the last few days to go in dark mode to see if it helps with eye strain. It's difficult adapting, so it's helping with the eye strain because I'm just not on my phone as much lol

My phone is on light mode all of the way. I also have it turned up as bright as it can possibly be.

Dark mode - I find it helps me read/surf with a migraine until the pain hits an 8.

This is good to know. I will need to try it for the next migraine I have. I always have mine in light mode so I don't use my phone when I am having one.

Mine switches to dark mode at night. Even when it's on light mode my phone rarely has brightness all the way up (unless I'm outside). My husbands is always light mode and full brightness... whenever I use his phone I feel like my retinas are burning! LOL
