Default Why is PSE so slow??

All of a sudden PSE has gotten suuuuper slow. I ran CCleaner and defraged and still it is dragging horrible. I haven't added any new fonts or anything. I know there was a thread about this before, but I'm just not sure what it is. Help!

Mine has too if I leave it open too long. You know, like all day long. lol

If I close it and give it five minutes or so, it's good again.

You might need to reset your preferences- hold down alt ctrl shift when opening. It will remove all actions and stuff you loaded but will make it run faster.
