Default Blog Question

I am using blogger for my personal blog and I am wondering if anyone knows how you make your background paper stay still and just have your middle section be what scrolls?

I just switched my blog to be that way. I followed the instructions on this blog:

just add this bit of code to the template where your background is:

background-attachment: fixed;
