I had my GB out 2 years ago after I was horribly sick and went to the ER... you will feel SOOO much better once it's out of there!

I had emergency surgery to remove my gall bladder last October and feel 100% better now...I couldn't figure out why I was sick off and on so much for the year before and so tired. Then the pain started and presented like a kidney infection so I was misdiagnosed. Turned out I had 10 stones sitting nice and pretty in a pile. Thank God none of them tried to go through the duct...that's when the gall bladder attack happens.
I hope you are feeling better and will be back to normal activities soon. Take care of yourself! HUGS!

Yes, get well soon! I've had this surgery...though it wasn't an emergency surgery.
 It was an outpatient thing, so I was headed home 3 hours after I arrived, and could eat whatever I wanted (what a blessing!) just a few hours later.Be careful not to overdo it though! I made the mistake of thinking it was no big deal cause I had just a few tiny incisions on the outside, no stitches. I forgot that they still brutalized my insides. So rest up!
