Haven't heard from Robin/customer service...
And I'm not sure what to do. I placed an order back on the 9th that was over $10 and the FWP was in my cart but the download keys didn't come through. I've emailed 3 times but still haven't heard back from anyone. I know tomorrow is the last day for the FWP, so I'd like to get it resolved before it goes away Should I try emailing 1 more time or send a PM or something else?

have you gone into your account history in the shoppe and they aren't there, either?

Sometimes download links come in the email receipts when they don't show up in the account history. I know that sometimes when my order is queue'd, I still get the links in email sometimes

It wasn't in the email with download keys or in the orders history - first thing I did was check those two places.
I emailed her through the customer service email where it says "Contact Us" in the Shoppe. Thanks Libby! |

Ive sent you these download keys twice and replied back to you, but it seems you aren't getting my emails for some reason. Will you check your spam folder for me to make sure they arent in there? I promise I'm not ignoring you. I'll send you the link via a PM in just a sec. R

Thanks Robin! I got it - that is exactly what happened. I found them all in my spam folder, which I never thought to check since all my other SSD mail never goes there!
