Can't change password?

I've tried a few times to change my password and I get this error:

vBulletin Message
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.



I clicked the link for 'inform the administrator" and I got a 404 not found, so I'm not sure how to report that it isn't working.
