Need Help Finding a Kit

Well, now it's my turn to ask for help!!
I want to use this photo for Passport #9, but I'm having trouble choosing a kit. Any suggestions?

I think maybe the Scenic kits and These Golden Days have the feel I'm looking for.
Why is it so hard to scrap photos that those "one of a kind", important photos???!

yeah, after I posted those other suggestions I was like "no!! she needs to see these ones"

I showed Josh the photo and he asked if it was a camera trick. He wanted to know how she got so close to the pelican! He says it's an amazing photo and agreed to the beachy kit to scrap that photo!

Definitely KCB's 'Rugged Beach'! What a fantastic shot, I especially love her strings of pearls. A mermaid type kit might also work.

These were professional photos before her Sweet 16. Taken at the Santa Monica pier. We had taken photos on the pier and then went down to the water for sunset.
The pelican is real We were all amazed that she could get so close!!
