Birthday Celebration - Color Scrap Challenge
Happy Monday everyone! I've just spent the weekend in New Orleans with my husband's family enjoying Mardi Gras. Talk about a sea of color and fun! Today I have a little color challenge for you to play along with.
Create a layout that uses the colors below. (You have to use each color on your page at least once, no skipping a color). You have until Tuesday, Feb 28th at midnight to complete your page. One lucky participant will be drawn to win........
