Default Can I Give Away My PSE 12?

I had PSE 12 and recently bought PSE 2019. Can I give my friend my PSE 12 to use? I've always bought new so I wasn't sure if she would be able to use it. She wants to try out digital and I figured I'm not going to use that one anymore. Is that allowed? Is there something I have to do?

I would think as long as you bought it and have the proper codes it would be fine to give it away to someone else. My dad has passed along old programs to me from when he bought and realized he hated it.
