Question about Tracy Joy Bag

I got a Tracy Joy Joey bag, and extra flap, and 2 strap covers for Christmas. However, there's no strap to carry the bag. Does anyone else have this bag? If so, did yours come with a strap? It seems pretty pointless to me to have to have a bag without any way to carry it. I'm disappointed, since we're going to NY on Monday and I won't have a way to carry around the bag with us.

according to her website it should have a strap..I think she's closed til the 27th too so no telling when you'll get a customer service answer back. Perhaps it just forgot to get packaged with your bag? It's detachable did you check inside the bag maybe folded up in a plastic?

Mine came with a strap! Must have been a mistake on their part.
