Default Qotd: What book have you read more than any other? (10/05)

What book have you read more than any other and why?

For me, it's the Chronicles of Narnia. I know that they are children's books, but I love them. First time I read them as a child. I got the series from the library. Fifteen years later I found them in a super market and I bought the whole serie. I've read them all multiple times.
I love the movies as well.

Love the Narnia series! Definitely the Lord of the Rings books for me, and I've read the Twilight series more times than I can count although it's been a while now.

I am a reeader by nature, and I've read my favorites so many times, I can't even count. Definitely Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, anything by L.M. Montgomery, mysteries by Dorothy Sayers, anything by Patricia Wentworth or Miss Read.

My dad has read The Lord of the Rings multiple times also. He has one giant book with all the stories. He says he reads it once a year.

The Giver is one of the few that I've ever reread over and over.

I rarely reead books because there are just so many books I haven't read yet!
But before I had kids, I read Gone with the Wind at least five times.
I just read Harry Potter this year, and I had to reead the series to absorb all the details.
I also read the Hunger Games series before the movies and then after I watched each movie I had to reead the whole series because I love it so much.
The Practice of the Presence of God is one I try to read every year because it is short & powerful.

I reead the Harry Potter series every spring. Every year it sucks me in just as bad as the first time I read them.

I don't reread much either since my 'toead' list is so long- but I have read Where the Red Fern Grows a few times! Once when I was young, again as an adult & not long ago my daughter & I read it aloud together Such a classic!

I generally don't reread books. Off the top of my head, the only books I can think of that I've ever reread are Gone With the Wind & Scarlett, the LoTR series, The Chronicles of Narnia, & the Anne of Green Gables series (well, and the Bible).

The AoGG series was my everything when I was growing up so I'd definitely say they're my fave.
