Update: Emails from Shoppe
So I just wanted to give you guys an update on the situation going on with our server. Apparently our outgoing emails have been blocked at the datacenter level for "spam". Our webmaster is looking into this issue currently and doing everything he can to get things back on track, but connectivity issues / database errors and missing emails may continue to happen periodically throughout the day as we address this issue.
If purchasing anything from the shoppe, I would recommend waiting for the shoppe to redirect you back to the site where you can download your purchases immediately on the page you're returned to. Additionally, you can always download directly from your order history if you don't receive emailed download keys. Once again, thanks so much for your patience and understanding while we work to solve this issue. Robin

Store, forum and contact page generated emails should be working as normal again at this point.
Our newsletter did not go out as intended this morning and was the cause of our outgoing email being blocked by the datacenter. We are currently working on solutions to that situation and hope to resend our newsletter regarding our fundraiser for Ru sometime tonight. Just to get you guys another update. Our miracle-worker webmaster Jason was able to work his magic yesterday to get emails up and running again, including optimizing our newsletter software.
Part of the problem was a ginormous, (and more than likely out of date) subscriber list from the past 16 years which we purged users from who hadn't opened a newsletter in the past 2 years which cut our outgoing emails in half which should help with the spam issue. If for some reason you received and wanted our emails but hadn't been opening them, you MAY need to resubscribe, but I have a feeling most current readers will be just fine. In any case, when I sent the second newsletter out last night, the process went smoother than it has in months, so I am confident the issue has been addressed and we're going to be all good moving forward. I'm subscribed to receive newsletters but never get them. I've checked my spam and they aren't there either. I've unsubscribed and then re-subscribed but still no newsletter. Any suggestions?

Do you have a built in "promotions" folder or something similar? Some email programs automatically send newsletters and such into that kind of folder.

I do check those folders daily. I'll message Robin if I don't get the next newsletter. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Thank goodness for the newsletter! I had already zoomed through the new releases like it was Black Friday at Target , then saw the storewide 40% off sale in the newsletter!!! So I'm back in on a deep dive!

I made a purchase yesterday of several things and the emails came just fine with the names and links.
I made another purchase today and the two emails from SSD say "no subject" and there's no information in the e-mail. Is there a way to have them resent with the info? I use them every so often to see what I purchased.
