30 DAY SHRED!!!

For reals.
Or, any of Jillian's other DVD's. I love her stuff, she kicks your butt, and if you stick with it you're golden.

I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks over thedailyplate.com and it's FREE. You just have to be consistent.

I use this on livestrong.com... and it's been a great tool for me. You enter your weight, activity level, and what your goals are and it will tell you how many calories you are allowed to eat each day to reach your goal. Then input all your foods each meal and make sure you're actually measuring what you're eating... because it's easy to eat 2 or 3 servings and not realize it. If you eat smart, you won't feel like you're starving yourself, but to lose 10 lbs that quickly you really need to combine both working out and a lower calorie diet. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound...so keep track!

Well, this is total crash diet and completely not healthy at all, but once I needed to lose weight fast so I ate lettuce with oil and vinegar a bit of sunflower seeds and a bit of cheese for 3 meals a day for a week. I would suggest adding in some chicken at every meal though and maybe give yourself a day off once a week. I did lose 15 pounds in one week, but it was by no means healthy, so it would be better to add in other foods.

one suggestion is to make sure you are drinking lot and lots of water and cut out all sodas. Soda is soooo bad. Seriously when I stopped drinking pepsi I lost like five pounds in less then a week just from cutting out those empty calories and replacing them with water

Honestly, don't do a crash diet - your health deserves better. Stick to what you are already doing and just watch carefully what you eat and how much. And maybe you can still do some little exercises at home that tone your body.

Water weight can account for alot...so seriously, do not drink any carbonated drinks, and stick with water.
I'd also remove starches from the diet...so no white/processed breads, no white rice, potatoes, and no pasta either (except for whole grain if you can find it).
