We could use your thoughts...
In Victoria we are expecting the hottest week since 100 years with temps rising over 104F. The ongoing draught and the winds we have right now make bushfires very likely and I am scared We had a sudden bush fire just a few miles from here last week, they got it under control quickly, thank God! Please keep us in your thoughts even though nothing has happened yet. I just don't want it to happen at all, kwim?

Today and next 3-4 days: 109.5F!!! Kids have first school day tomorrow after 8 weeks summer break. Do you think the schools says, leave the kids at home during the heat wave?? Nope, they don't!
We had a little but very fast fire not far from here, luckily they contained it. |

Fire scares me! Sending positive rain thoughts! I totally understand hot weather, in the summers here, we get over 100F often and it has gotten up to 114. Wayyy too hot. lol

Thoughts and prayer. Let the kids wear loose, light weight clothes to school. Sandles if they allow them. Also water bottle and some juciey fruit, ie watermelon, oranges. Those kinds of things. Here is Arizona we get up to 117+ normally. We don't do much on those days. Hang in there.
