order is still queued?
i bought 3 kits yesterday and they weren't available right away, which has happened before but i am usually ready to download shortly. but today they are still queued? i used my paypal account. says it was paid but i still can't download?

Every now and again that happens to me. I just send a message to Robin (with my transaction #'s), and she always sets my downloads asap. I love the Customer Service here! Robin ROCKS!
