So what is everybody up to this weekend?
TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anybody have fun, adventurous (or even just so-so) weekend plans? We are hosting a 14 y.o. sleep-over tonight. Then ferrying kids to dance and basketball practices. With a fun Valentines Dinner at Benihana. Hoping to squeeze in some scrapping in there.

I get to see my sister and nephew this weekend! We have a "winter in the wild" festival this weekend. There are fireworks tonight (at 7:30 which is awesome because fireworks in the summer here don't go off until at least 11 at night because it doesn't get dark until then) Tomorrow there are some fun activities planned but it's all up in the air as to what because we don't really have very much snow so all of the activities that were supposed to happen had to get changed to something different lol

We have Girl Scout Thinking Day tomorrow, so I'll be hauling Rachel and one of her friends around and helping them get some Egyptian food made, set up the booth, and then take photos of Rachel in her Cleopatra costume.
We're planning to go out to eat after that. Other than that...church. Changing the oil in the car. Gun show. Nothing super fun.

My oldest girl (actually my foster girl) is coming home from university this weekend and we are excited to see her. It is also a provincial holiday on Monday so we are going to have some fun activities going on for that. Nothing too wild but it will be a good weekend anyway. Plans might change drastically as we are supposed to get another blizzard on Sunday! Boo, we have had enough snow for three winters in the last month!

No idea! Oh my gosh, how boring is that???
The weather has been gorgeous, so I'd really love to take a trip to the beach tomorrow and pack a lunch. Just spend the whole afternoon in the sand.

I enjoy the long carnival-weekend with both boys here with me! So happy that Bastian is here with us for 4 days (Friday to Monday)! I wish all of you a great weekend with all that you have planed

I have no idea. I actually just want all of us to clean the house lol! That's pretty bad. I've been sick the past few days & suuuuuuper tired the entire week before that so I haven't even gone shopping for V-day gifts. I'd like to do a fun holiday breakfast tomorrow but we'll see. Sunday is my brother's birthday & we'll have a party for him. Monday is no school or work for DH so we'll have another family day.

I'm throwing a Valentine's party for my kids! One of my favorite things when I was in school was to give out Valentines, so I couldn't let mine go another year without having them swap valentines! I invited a whole bunch of people because I didn't expect many to come and half of them said yes, so we've got 19 kids coming tomorrow! I'm super excited. It should be fun!

This week-end is our towns Winter Carnival....and also the boys 4H winter skating party. Thankfully all this stuff is either close by or within walking distance.... we won't be going too far for too long with the next blizzard on the way. So LOTS of snowy fun and snowy not so fun photo ops to be had!

Three Day Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooooooooooooooot!!
We have a birthday party at an indoor trampoline/America Ninja Warrior place tomorrow for my nephew. Other than that, no plans. I'm going to make heart shaped french toast for my loves tomorrow for breakfast. French Toast is my fave so it's a win-win for me!

Work tomorrow for me, a lazy day for Cheyanne. She's on winter break for the next week and basketball season is over so it will be a quite week, except for work. We are getting another blizzard starting late tomorrow afternoon through Monday morning with high winds so we'll just be hoping we don't lose power - another 24 to 36 inches for my area - yipee

So far today (Sat) we've been to swimming lessons, spent the morning at a park playing on flying foxes, in a maze, playing softball... family movie night tonight, tomorrow the boys have soccer... and the rest of the weekend we'll be doing not much.

We have a funeral for a family friend tomorrow and then a VDay cookout scheduled with family… We plan on some kind of date night next week when things won't be so crazy.

I used to do nuts-o things like that when my kids were little. I'm thinking you'll have plenty of pics to scrap Dh and I snuck out for dinner tonight then me and Eden watched Alexander and The Horrible, blah, blah, whatever, Day. It was REALLY cute. Now I'm blocking out the world with tunes and scrapbooking. Tomorrow my son's basketball game isn't till 12:45 so I'm sleeeeeeping in and then probably just tinkering around the house. Dh and I are staying in for Valentine's. I'm going to make a cheesecake (wish me luck) and we'll rent a movie. Nothing fancy.

Dropping the kiddos off at my awesome neighbor's house ("bring your kids over before 8 am on a Saturday? No problem!") and then taking DH to the corneal specialist. It'll be his fourth visit to an eye doctor this week (and second trip to the second specialist), and hopefully he'll finally have a diagnosis as to why he sees ghosting images in one eye, and a treatment plan (we think he'll be fitted for a scleral lens, and he's totally flipped out about that - he'd rather have eye surgery than put in a contact lens - so apparently it's my job to learn how to put lenses in HIS eyes!! Eew.)
So, regardless of the outcome of this appointment, I know I'll have to scrap this whole eyeball "adventure" and I'll be needing a kit for that. Anyone know of one with glasses and (not-gory or Halloween-y) eye balls and eye charts? TIA.

I've got a martial arts class and then I'm hoping to do some quilting while we are having a stay-at-home weekend. I have a special Lasagne dinner planned with a awesome strawberry cake for dessert! I also need to finish putting together my son's 'treasure' hunt to do with the compass. I set my camera on the table so I won't forget to take pictures.
