Aww thank you so much you guys! And yes, it's a reddish-brown auburn-ish something or other. It used to be much redder, but three pregnancies made it get darker for some reason lol.

Thank you so much guys! I used my Nikon P&S - easy peasy. The biggest thing that helped me was to take lots of pics from lots of different angles. I've always done pretty much the same shot when I do self portraits, and I realized today that I don't like photos of me from that angle. LOL. So I moved my head different directions and moved the camera around to get lots of perspectives. I checked every now and then to see what I liked and what I wanted to fix (i like that angle, but my hair is sticking straight out LOL) and I just took lots and lots of photos so I had plenty to choose from! I thought I would feel silly, but it was actually really fun.

Excellent! When I first started, I had sooooooooooooo many photos that went straight to the rubbish bin. Now that I've been doing this for a year and a half, I sort of have an idea of what to completely avoid and end up liking a greater percentage of my collection of shots for the day. Usually the biggest variable is what I'm wearing and how much cleavage or something I get in the shot.

lolololol That was my Christmas card for Michael...I added a naughty/nice checklist and checked naughty, of course. And if you go back and look, Robin, there is like a twinkle thing in my eye...totally just naturally happened with the photo...I absolutely did not photoshop it on there. So freakin' hilarious.
