OMG! These are soooooooooo good!! I will take a picture tomorrow, but seriously the are divine!

They are perfectly sweet and not too lemony and the crust is awesome and sooo easy! Almost everything in them is stuff I always have on hand too! which is fabulous! I just wanted to pass it on cause I know we have some cooks/chefs around here!

Yes they are DIVINE-
If you ever have the need for Carrot Cake you need to try the recipe on her blog-OMGOSH!

The first time I made these I immediately put the recipe in the "keep" pile b/c they are DELISHHHH!! They are so quick and easy and the crust is so yummy. They literally melt in your mouth.

Thanks for posting this! Whole Foods usually has lemon bars on their desert bar and I'll get one a lot of times when I'm shopping - now I can make some at home
