i know EVERYONE has one thing they'd like to change about their body if they could, um, i know i have more than one, but that's beside the point. if you could have ANY one plastic surgery operation done (no pain and money is no object, what would it be?)

for me....
i'd have a 3 for 1 done LOL
i'd have my tatas filled in and repositioned, all the skin cut off my tummy and flattened out, and ditto for my thighs. only downfall of losing so much weight is the excess skin that's never going anywhere.

I'd like to have all the stretch marks and loose skin removed from my thighs, stomach, and lower back caused by my first pregnancy where I swelled up like a water balloon! Also lipo suction on my arms. I have always hated my upper arms and feel like they are not proportionate to the rest of my body.

ok my one wish is just to look like I did pre-pregnancy. Or even what I looked like after having my youngest son. I was a size 7 and my tummy was almost completely flat. After getting sick and having to take sevedral different meds Ive gained alot of weight back

Hands down for me it would be a breast reduction. *sigh* I hate my huge boobs. They were wonderful when I was b/f my kids but now I'm so done with them. lol And if I could get a 2 for 1 deal I'd have them throw in a tummy tuck as well.

Lipo. I am happy with every other aspect of my body except these dang love handles and flat tire that I can not get rid of. I've never in my life had a flat stomach, even when I was younger and in the best shape of my life so I don't hold out much hope for it happening with the right diet and exercise regimen. But man, if I have a c-section? I'm totally considering springing for lipo while they're in there, lol!

Breast reduction-smaller and upper would be nice . No matter how much weight I lose...gain...lose, they don't change.
