Default Bed Sheets

I cannot seem to find bedsheets that last more than a year lately. I had some from Target that I loved and only cost $50, but two sets tore through on the fitted sheet right where your feet are after about 6-9 months. So then I went to bed, bath and beyond and spent $100 on a set, but today while making the bed, my thumb went right through the fitted sheet in the corner. These ones lasted about a year. I just want sheets to last more than a year, be cotton and be eggplant colored, doesn't seem like much to ask for. What kind of sheets do you have? Links? I need better.

We have these, although in a different color. They are deep enough for our new mattress, and are oh-so-soft.

I love the Threshold performance sheets from Target. Ours have lasted 2 years so far.

We have these Pure Beech Modal Jersey sheets from Bed Bath & Beyond and I LOVE them. So cozy and our first set lasted like 5 years I think? They just finally died a few months ago and I'm pretty sure we bought them when we lived in Colorado.

Stacy, those ones are cheap! Wow.

Brook, I think those are the ones I loved from Target that kept wearing out on me. The first time, I just figured I got a bad set, but then the second time, it seemed like an issue, but if yours are fine, I don't know.

Lynnette, I will have to go check those out in store. I am not sure the purple is dark enough.

Loove the Clara Clark sheets! We stocked up when my DD was selling them through a fundraiser, and they are seriously the best sheets ever, especially for the price! So comfy.

The performance sheets are their heavy duty ones because they are 400 thread-count whereas the threshold soft and organic sheets are only 300. Maybe you had one of those sets?

I have the Pure Beech brand sheets Lynette posted but mine are modal sateen. I've been buying them for years because I love them so much. I usually only buy them b/c I change decor, not because they wear out though! I haven't ever tried the jersey kind but between my experience and Lynette's with the Pure Beech brand maybe it's worth a shot to try them!?

I've been using Gaspa sheets from IKEA for years. I wash very regularly and they've never ripped, torn, or anything. I don't change decor often, so mine last for many years.
Mine are a different color, but they have this shade of purple.

I bought two sets from costco... not sure what the name are, but they have lasted for a long while. Also serta brand is good too - but I haven't seen them coming colors outside of white and cream.

These are seriously cheap. Yet, I've gotten high dollar sheets the ball up because my feet are like sand paper. I do file them etc. I just am from the south and love being barefoot. I love these sheets! I get two sets for each bed. I had my last set for years! They are like a super soft t-shirt material!

Yes, and that's one of the reasons that I chose them. LOL. We've had 2 sets of them for about a year and a half and I've seen absolutely no wear & tear on them. And that's with 2 adults, 2 dogs, and 2 cats sleeping on them pretty much 20 hours a day (hubby sleeps in the day, I sleep at night)

Thank you so much for all the suggestions, girls! I can't wait to check them all out and hopefully get a set that actually lasts.
