go to your 'user CP' in the top left corner, then edit avatar, then upload one from your computer no bigger than 150x150.

eta: what do you mean how to make one? just save a photo from google or where ever that you want as your avie, resize it and upload. are you talking about making a flair button?

I vote for something from the 80's (like favorite music band, movie, character). I already changed mine LOL. Was just ready for a little change and I loved Rainbow Brite back then :-)
