Default My Four Hens Photo Actions - Need Recommendations

So, who here uses PS actions from My Four Hens Photography? I noticed she is having a 40% off sale today. I'm looking for some good all-purpose photo actions--anything other than the black/white ones. What are your favorites?

Priscilla - you have to go to her fan page on FB to get the coupon code - otherwise they are still full price on her website...

I love Sarah's actions, I picked up Light & Bright and Faded Beauty a few days ago with FB & CM coupon codes. I just may have to go back for some more off my wish list, which includes most of the sets from her complete packages 3 and 4!

I just got Light & Bright but haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but Hazy Days is at the top of my list right now! It's SO hard to decide!

And I'm extremely indecisive.
I'd just splurge and buy a bunch or one of the collections but if I want any money for Saturday here at SSD, then I have to conserve. lol
I plan on wishlisting what I don't buy and eventually buying them...but what should I buy right now? What can't I live without for the next few weeks?

I'm definitely getting Photographer's Tool Kit 2, and I'm having trouble picking my 2nd. I'm leaning toward Up the Ante, but Light and Bright and Elements Color Poppers look great, too.

I have PSE (and almost all Sarah's actions). The ones I use the most are her Toolbox actions, Color Poppers, and Falling for B/W. I love "Rain Puddle" in the B/W set. Amazing.

Jessica-Jennilyn Designs has some fabulous actions that come as both PS actions and PSP scripts. She's at Sunshine Studio Scraps for now, but she's moving to a new store on 4/1.

I already had Photographer's Toolbox and Falling For B&W, and I just bought Photographer's ToolKit 2 and Up the Ante. I'm so tempted to go back for Light & Bright, but I'm trying to hold out.

I love Falling for B&W. I use it on all of my B&W conversions.

I own the Vintage Retro, but then I realized that I don't actually like my photos to look retro, lol. I like them all bright and happy, so I purchased the Elements Color Poppers, but I haven't actually installed them yet. {Some might say I'm lazy, i think i'm well, yes, lazy is a good word}

LOL, Kellie. A few months ago I bought Falling for B&W thinking that maybe I'd like converting my photos to b&w if they were done with an amazing b&w action, but I still like them to be colorful and happy. Why go B&W when you can color pop instead?

Lydia--I was browsing another action site, and it was through reading descriptions of their actions, watching the video tutorials, and reading blog posts that I had my aha moment and started understanding how to use the Photographer's Toolbox. The site was MCP actions. The tutorials that led to my aha moment are the 3 about understanding layer masks on this page and the one about the Eye Doctor action on this page. I'm still a PS newbie, so I wasn't getting adjustment layers and how to mask on them.

Thanks Rachel. I basically understand adjustment layers and masks, so I'm okay with that part. I've been playing around with the Toolbox actions, and they seem pretty straightforward. I was just hoping to get a few tips and tricks straight from Sarah on how to make them work the best.

By the way, not that I mean to prolong the enabling or anything , but I noticed that Sarah has extended the 40% off sale through Saturday.

Also, if any of you who are new to Sarah's products decide to buy anything, I have a favor to ask. I just read on her website that if you'll put a note in the Paypal transaction saying that I (Kendall Tubbs) referred you, I can get a GC to her store. Then, you can get your friends to refer you, and the cycle continues!

Thanks a lot Kendall. I bought the complete package 4. I was adding things to my cart individually until I realized I might as well just suck it up and buy the whole thing. lol

My fave that I already own has to be Chocolate Brownie from the Shades of Grey collection. It's perfect when you want that b&w look but need it to have a hint of brown to coordinate with a specific kit. I've used it over and over and over.
