This is pretty exciting! All the designers who have been mentioned would be awesome. The cassette tape made me think of Micheline Martin but I think she recently moved stores so maybe not...

I just assumed they must be referring to one of those other one N spelling Lynnettes. Clearly not me. She looks like an awesome designer!

I have so much trouble spelling your name cause a good friend of mine is named Lynette and I am so used to spelling it that way. I also realized a few months ago that I had been spelling Meg's last name as Mullins forever. And for a long time I kept spelling Shawna's name the way my cousin spells it Shauna. It was just automatic for me to spell that way. Even me who hates having her own name spelled wrong. lol

Me too. Most people forget the E on the end of mine. My ex-boyfriend wrote me an apology letter once and when I saw Lori, I crumpled it up and tossed it. Not forgivable for a SO not to know how to spell your name. I can forgive it in just about anyone else though. lol

Okay, so I just went back and fixed the post title in which I misspelled Lynnette's name. I don't know why I spelled it wrong, I don't know anyone else with that name.

I am seriously bad about names, though. I tried to start using people's names in real life conversations, and called people by the wrong name a few times . Now I've pretty much gone back to just talking to people without using their name. So much easier that way.

(Sorry for spelling your name wrong, Lynnette )

Ok, here are more guesses from me:

ND1: I have no idea!!! Mye De Leon?
ND2: Amanda Heimann or Mari Koegelenberg
ND3: Studio Basic (kit & template designer) The doodly birds made me think so...
ND4: Hmmm... this one stumps me a bit. Her elements remind me of Natali designs a bit. Or, maybe it's River Rose?
ND5: Sugarplum Paperie (knowing that she somewhat denied being a ND, her plaid papers look like the plaids in her other kits... and she seems to know ND2, perhaps from the same shop?)
ND6: Totally 100% Nettio!!!

No worries, happens to me all the time. It doesn't bother me much other than seeing it with one N makes me go a bit . It looks all unbalanced and asymmetrical to me. My OCD needs the 2 N's.

People spell my name with an 'e' all the time. It used to really irk me when I was younger, but now I have come to embrace it. LOL. Brooke, Brook, Whatev's. I will say that if there was the potential for 2 spelling errors in my name it would be twice as annoying. LOL.

LOL, I've gotten all kinds of crazy spellings, with my favorite being Linet. That's the most literal interpretation I've gotten. It's worse if I have to say it out loud so I always just spell it before anyone asks, haha.

Yep, I've gotten Burke before. Also, Brock. But when I introduce myself as "Brook... like the babbling kind" they are sure to remember it. Since I do, in fact, babble. LOL!

Being a 'Stacy', I have had my name misspelled basically my entire life...and by some family members of all people. I get 'Staci', 'Stacie', and 'Stacey'....but the kicker would be getting any form of 'Tracy'...sad when relatives can't even get close enough for a phonetic spelling!

No one knows what to do with my name. It's pronounced 'Lah-nee' which seems pretty obvious to me, but I guess it's not. Its always pronounced 'Lay-nee' which I absolutely can't stand. And if I say my name is Lani, without spelling it, I get all sorts of weird written versions. It's bugged me so much that we deliberately gave our kids very normal, standard spelling names (Thomas and Felicity). My husband has an unusual name and has the same problem. It's bugs him so much that he often doesn't bother with his first name and goes by his middle name, which is a much easier 'dean' lol.

Not to get off topic, I'm so excited to hear all these names being thrown about. I'm really hoping for Jady day, and am stoked about Nettio and Studio basic!

Sorry about that Lynnette. I have a hard to spell right name and I hate when people do that to me.

Wasn't intentional.

PS...to whoever guessed Elise from Elise's pieces, I LOVE HER!

Oh, and was also going to say that I really don't have much of an idea about the new designers. I was going to say that Erica Zane is a now way because I haven't seen anything about it at her current store which I'm a CT on, BUT, I checked and she hasn't posted in a while, so I guess it is possible...

My DH has always had to spell both of his names. And the last name is a LONG german one. Nobody (except germans) can get it. So when we named our son...we picked a SHORT four letter name!! Hopefully he won't have to spell that much!

My last name is Schoenberger. Yeah. Good luck with that one... and anytime I spell it out loud, people think when I say "b" or "g" that I'm saying "v" or "t", so I've even gotten insurance cards spelled "Showenverter." Um, no. Not even close.

Meg, do you ever go by Meg for short? and I had Jeayne's name right, but I would have never spelled it like that if I met her in person and I can't believe people ask me how to spell my name!!!!!
A-N-G-E-L-A M-I-L-L-E-R REALLY!!!! the only thing I can think of is beacuse I have a little bit of southern draw being born and raised in VA!

Oh my gosh - us too!! With a 12 letter last name, that was DH's requirement for J's name... it had to the common spelling and short! And we STILL have to spell out Jacob - even if I say, "Jacob, common spelling"... I get the same for Rebecca... how many times have I seen Rebbeckah in my lifetime... geez!

My maiden name was Snow. Like the frozen white stuff that falls from the sky sometimes. And you would not BELIEVE the number of people that asked me how to spell it. Um, I don't know...S-N-O-U-G-H? S-N-E-A-U-X?

This drives me nuts, too! My name is Megann, pronounced the same way as yours. I grew up in the south and eventually resigned myself to being called "Maygan" when I told my friend it was Meg as in egg and she said "ayg."

Ha ha.....we are even then. I have been thinking yours was "May" gan. Cuz it's the norm since that is my DD #3's name. Oh, and I totally call you Meg sometimes. I didn't know you weren't crazy about it.

Hiedy

Then, to top that off, my maiden name is Berck ... commonly know as "Burke". Sigh ...
I ALWAYS have to look at your name somewhere before I type it. But, I am always getting my "e" and "i" backwards, even in common words. So, it's like a brain malfunction.

Hey, didn't she just do a collab with Zoe????? So, maybe it is her.

That would be awesome.

Flergs has collabed with Zoe & Eva before. I know in the past, she has made it clear she is happy at SBG and won't be leaving, but I would be completely thrilled if she came here.

As a Mari with 2 uncommon long ethnic last names (cannot wait to go back to only 1 last name), I get a lot of mistakes with both pronouncation and spelling.

Meghan, I always thought you prefered Meg. Though the way you say is the only way we say it here.

I really don't *think it is Flergs but, you never know. I know pink hair was mentioned and she has had pink hair in the past and she is someone who hadn't been mentioned yet. (Remember D5 said something about that one person hadn't even been mentioned).

I think no one would really guess her because I too never think she will leave SBG but, that would be a HUGE announcement if she did.
