Default Peppermint mocha creamer lovers

I did a bit of searching and found THIS RECIPE for making your own peppermint mocha creamer! As soon as I get my hands on the ingredients I am going to try it!

Mmmm...I just might have to try this. I don't think we get that creamer up here...well maybe we do this year, but in other years we haven't...

I wonder why you need the white chocolate? Won't the peppermint syrup do it already? Or maybe some vanilla extract? Won't the white chocolate chips make it too thick?

i think the white chocolate is for the "mocha" part (mocha=chocolate + coffee)

even though white chocolate isn't really chocolate . . .

i don't think 1/4 cup of white choc chips would amt to much? esp melted down

will let you know if I ever make it.

We freeze Peppermint Mocha creamer for my son all the time and it turns out just fine. We take it out of the freezer and into the fridge the day before we need it.

oh good! I just bought six 16oz bottles today -- $1 each . I stuck one in the freezer. Maybe I will have to get some more . . .

My kids love it in hot chocolate too.
