need help
Good Morning! New here and not sure where to post the help requests...I looked through several threads but couldn't find a place to put this so here it is ...
I am having trouble using my bingo reward. I followed the directions in the bottom of the email, but no avail. I sent a help ticket over 36 hours ago no response. the coupon expires tomorrow and I will be VERY disappointed if I can't use it... I am sure the trouble is caused by something I did...I just don't know how to fix it... I have several not finished orders of the same products and my code doesn't work no discount is given. Any help is appreciate! THANKS

I'm not home right now, but I'll send you a PM in a bit that will hopefully help you out. Your help ticket may have gone to Robin's spam folder. That happens sometimes.

Yep! It was in spam, but I found it and have replied to you there. So sorry for not seeing it sooner.
Just so you guys can see what I'm up against with this spam issue... I'm sure you can understand how occasionally mails slip through the cracks. It's crazy! Thanks for your patience! R

I am almost 100% certain that if it hadn't been answered in time because it got lost in her spam or some issue on her part, Robin would have re-activated your coupon. She's sweet like that.

Kathy, I had trouble with mine and it was because I put the coupon code in on the checkout page and not on the bottom of the shopping cart page. I didn't even know there was a place to enter a coupon on the shopping cart page! Hope you get it worked out. It was so hard to wait to shop for me!!!
