What's your favourite?

I really want to find a fragrance that isn't too heavy or "perfume" smelling. Just something light and fresh.

I love perfumes. I probably have a few too many, lol!

My favorites are:

Sexy Little Things Noir from Victoria's Secret
Rain from Demeter Fragrance Library
falling in love from Philosophy
Chocolovers from Aquolina


The lightest/freshest of those is Rain. It's supposed to smell like actual rain, but to me it smells like an orange right as you break into it, lol!

Another I just adore is Solstis Blue. I finished my bottle a few months ago so I'm now in mourning for it, lol! It's very hard to find here. Anyway, the fragrance is very fresh and light, very earthy. Love it. I'm hoping to try the purple version one day too.

Rapture - Victoria's Secret.. but it's too heavy for what you are looking for.

For a light fragrance, I use the Love Spell body spray, also Victoria's Secret

I use scented body lotions like bath and body works instead of perfumes.

I use DKNY Be Delicious... I like light, unique scents and this does the trick for me!

I second Clinique's Happy. If you want a "sweeter" scent, Clinique also has Happy {heart}. Too sweet for me, but my sister loves it.

I get it in the My Boyfriend's Tshirt scent, which they describe as:

Such a perfect blend of fresh linen with a small dash of cologne -- comforting, tomboy-ish and enveloping!

It reminds me of a lovingly worn, favorite t-shirt -- something you "borrowed" from your boyfriend and like to snuggle up in at night

I'm on my second bottle of it, and I also have the soap and body butter in that scent. I stinking love it!

I like Clinique Happy & Happy Heart, too! But my most favorite is Angel by Thierry Mugler.

I'm a Clinque Happy fan too. I also love Green Tea by Elizabeth Arden. Both are fresh smelling.

My number one favorite and I request it every year for my birthday... Libertine by Vivienne Westwood (Description - light understated floral chypre).

Others that I like are:
Freedom - Tommy Hilfiger (description - blend of fresh citrus and green florals). I wonder if this is discontinued, I can't find it anywhere...

Romance - Ralph Lauren (description - blend of fresh rose, ginger, marigold, violet, oakmoss and musk)

Beautiful - Estee Lauder (description - blend of blooming fresh cut flowers, rose, jasmine, and carnation. Accompanied by fruity notes of fresh citrus, melons, peaches and plums). However, when I wear this one, I'm reminded of my ex-boyfriend... so I can't wear it, but love it when I shop for perfume.

My very favorite perfume is Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana. It's really light and summery - I love it!

This is what I wear, however I'm probably going to order a different scent from the Comptoir Sud Pacifique line like maybe the aloha tiara. This line of products is hard to find to test though.

I'm actually really liking one by Britney Spears at the moment. I don't remember what it's called but it's in a blue bottle. My MIL bought it for me, and it's quite nice for daytime, it's sweet and not too heavy.

I am on my 3rd bottle of SJP's Lovely. It's my all time favorite. I also love Philosophy's Amazing Grace but not quite as much

I love Britney Spear's In Control (its a black bottle with a pink top). I also wear Beyond Paradise alot. My daughter used up all my third favorite which is Hypnose. It is a really nice scent too. The other scents I wear but not nearly as often are Charlie White, Tommy Girl, DKNY (the green one I think its Be Delicious), Ralph, Happy by Clinique, Princess by Vera Wang, Burberry Weekend, True Star by Tommy Hilfiger and Pleasures Exotic.

I don't wear perfume often but when I do I wear Black Phoenix Alchemy Laboratory oils. They are handblended. My favs are Zephyr, Whitechapel, and my Strawberry Moon which I hoard. Every scent seems different on each person because of body chemistry and the fragrances are oh so delicious!
