Set me up with a Twitter tutorial

I'm on twitter..but only to follow a couple of celebs and institutions, and I have my blog post there. I haven't ever gotten the hang of Twitter..so hook me up with the 911 on how to exist in the Twitter world now.

I have to say, my adult-onset ADHD has a problem with Twitter and it makes me a little crazy - but I"m wanting to learn. It's the first time I've ever felt old by not being involved in something technical or social. It's the first time I"ve let a trend like that go by.

But take me, gently, I'm willing to learn.
