Desperately need some help!
Okay ladies, I really need some help here! Quick backstory first. A church in town is closing down. They're down to about 8 people & just not growing at all. They're all ready to just move on. But, they wanted their building & property to stay in use by a church. They knew we were just renting a small store front building, and the pastor's inlaws go to our church. So, they are GIVING it to us! Yes, giving, not selling!!!
 Well, we get the building on September 1st! All the paper work is done & everything. We are so excited & God is SO good!So, here's where I need your help! Pastor has given me the responsibility of designing our new sign! He wants it done ASAP, like tomorrow if possible, so we can get it ordered & put up before our first service. Well, we have a logo that he had designed. And, the guy who designed it, well, wasn't too smart. The ONLY format we have the logo in is a 72dpi JPEG!! I need it as a PNG! So, I deleted all the white background, but that still left a lot of little white pixels around the edges. Would like all the white gone & the edges smoothed out! Also, b/c it's so small, to get it to the size we need it, we have to increase it...ready for this...850%! Luckily that's not a huge deal since it's not very detailed or anything. So, mainly, I just need help with getting it w/no white & w/smooth edges. Anyone willing to give it a shot? Here's the file. So, feel free to play with it. I'd LOVE some help!

Deb, it is a pretty simple logo, can you just maybe re-do the design in photoshop?

I tried but couldnt get it to look right. Just wanted to add a congratulations for your new location. That is pretty exciting for you and your church!!

could you just do the sign on a white background? lol .. that is my lazy solution. I would offer to extract it properly for you.. but. yeh. you know me. lol there's no way i can squeeze it in tonight ^_^ I still need to make you your dang route 66 thing lol

And, La, that was my lazy solution too! LOL But, Pastor wants a green background w/white font. lol And, yes, yes, you do! hehehe And, Jenn came to my rescue!!! She's my knight in shining armor! HAHAHA!
