Dr. Who kit...does it exist?

Does anyone know if there is a kit out there that might cater to Dr. Who fans? My DD has recently become obsessed with the show and it would be fun to document that. Plus, her birthday is coming up and she wants a Dr. Who themed party which means I'll probably be designing the invitations. lol

Several of my CT members scrapped Dr. Who with this kit. I even included the blue "police box" in the elements

I did a quick search for Dr. Who at DeviantArt. I recalled seeing something for that show. There is some stuff there. I kept the search to include only 'Resources & Stock', as those things are normally okay to use, as long as you follow the individual artist's terms.
