The Newsletter Made Me Nervous...

...I love SSD and I love the changes SSD makes, but in general, I'm not a fan of change.

Anyone else spooked by that "change" thing at the end of the newsletter?

I'm excited to see all of the great new stuff, though!

(Seriously, though, if this means anyone's leaving or something... I'm going to hunt you down and tie you up until you promise to stay. Just so we're clear here).

I'm not a big fan of changes either, but I agree they're surely meant for the better. There have been some changes during my (three?) years here, but the place is still equally enjoyable.

Robin has a lot of nerve to tease us this much in advance, but here at SSD they like suspense, and they're very good at it, too. ;-) And it's fun, hey.

If they announced something like this at work, and let us hang for months to reveal it, I'd feel quite differently though. :-)

Well, as long as I've been around SSD (babe & pre-babe), I've never known there to be changes made that weren't really positive ones! It's all going to be great!

I think one of the things that has made SSD so successful is change. I love that designers are free to collab with other designers and that things seem to stay fresh and new all of the time. Bring on the change! (it can't be as bad and painful as the health care reform, right?!)

the newsletter is always posted to the blog on Saturday morning/Friday night... but if you want it sent to your email inbox... go to the shoppe, log in and then click on "modify profile"... towards the bottom is a box to click to subscribe to the newsletter.

For some reason that is not working for me... I've tried it several times (and when I go in there it is already checked) but I never get the newsletter (not even in my spam folder). I used to get it, but when I looked at it on my "Smart" phone the link to unsubscribe got selected accidentally...

Can the powers that be please add me back on? I'll never try to view it on my phone again!!
