Default Dare to ask

Hello girls ,

I am a big fan of cooking and baking and do it for a really long time now ,
Saddley i am glute intolerant and in the netherlands there are not a lot of good recipes . So i start using pinterest and american recipes . But the messerment is with cups instead of the grams here . So i whas looking for cup messering pans like these :

But in the netherlands they are sold out everywhere
So is there some of my american scrapping friends that want to buy me one and send it to me ?? ofcourse i pay for the sending and cup cost upfront with paypal

Mel, why don't you purchase some good set from either Amazon.com or better from Amazon.co.uk - you'll receive your package within a few days.

As a military family we live away from our home state (and my favorite potato chips! hehe) and so I often have my friends and family send me local things. Same with when my husband was deployed. It's kinda fun for me to repay their favors. Circle of love, or some corny crap like that. Hahaha

Melanie, I've found that when doing gluten-free baking, using weight is much better than using cups. It's more accurate and a lot of gluten-free baking recipes are very particular. Using cups often yield me dry and crumbly baked goods.

Here's a conversion table I use to convert volume (cups) to grams. I hope it helps!

No problem, gluten-free bakers and eaters need to help each other out! I don't bake a ton but I've some tried-and-true recipes for pizza crust and chocolate cake!

I like this recipe for gluten free all purpose flour. It does not have any gums in it but that is why I like it. I use it to make the gf banana bread and gf pancake recipe on her blog.
