A note to everyone who applied to my team..
Hey ladies.
 I know that many of you have been waiting anxiously for an email from me, and by now, you should have all received one. If there is someone who did not receive an email, please contact me ASAP at beanteamcall@yahoo.com.I just want to say that I know some of you are very disappointed. I have seen several posts and they all make me very sad that I couldn't do more to ensure that everyone was happy in some way. I have to admit, seeing you girls who consider SSD 'home' feeling so sad about something I did, really puts a frown on my face. I wish that there was something I could do to re-assure everyone that I don't "hate them" or think "they suck" based on my decision. It was a really tough one to make and I tried to be as fair as I could be and do what was best for my team. All of you are VERY much appreciated and the fact that you want to be a part of my team makes me really feel honored that I am surrounded by so many great people. I will make an official post and introduce my new full-time team members and guest list as soon as everyone has contacted me back. I hope you guys will keep applying for my calls and other SSD designer calls because we love to hear from you. Thanks again to everyone..really.

Awww Manda you are super sweet I don't think anyone really feels you "hate" them or that they "suck" big hugs to you for having to make such a hard decision because there are so many talented girls here at SSD and well one person can't have the whole forum on her team don't be sad!!! Can't wait to see the super cute announcement!!!! Big huggs to the girls that didn't make this time just keep trying think the little engine that could

Hey Manda, thanks for your kind words. I'm the one who said I suck, it came out after a string of rejections, wasn't meant to make you feel bad at all and certainly not directed toward you! I disappoint myself if I don't make it. It's something I have to work on. Love you and your designs just the same!

How sweet of you to worry about everyone. I didn't apply as I am super new to the site and most of the SSD designers, but I'm sure your designs are fabulous and will be anxious to see your announcement! It's always fun to see the galleries of the new CT.

Hugs to Manda and to the gals who weren't picked this time around. You all know that SSD designers are some of the BEST in digiland, so they have the bittersweet opportunity to receive oodles of applications from really talented scrappers and promoters and can only pick a small percentage of them.

First of all...congrats to all the new CT members! I can't wait to see your creations! Second...thank you, Manda, for taking the time to look through all the applications and make the hard decision on who to have on your team. I know it must have been hard with all the great talent out there! No, I didn't apply but would have loved to!!!

I know it must be hard to go through all those apps and pick just a few from them. I used to be like "I suck" when I got a rejection letter, but now I'm just like it just wasn't my time. I keep on trying though cause you never know when you might make it. So I just keep on applying. I can't wait to see who made the team and the guest list.

I'm sure there was just an overwhelming flood of responses, and that should make you feel like a million bucks, rather than like a bad guy. Remember, the reason you had to send out so many rejection letters is because you're awesome, woman. We all just love your work so much, that we all want on your team. So think of it that way, just keep doing the Sally Fields thing in the mirror, "You like me! You really like me!!!" <3
