how about something summer travel themed...
       little cars with luggage on them, maps, suitcases, compasses, road signs... I thinka map of the US and maybe one of canada would be a cool background paper and you could have pins to say where you went. maybe we were here or i was here little flags? How bout a tractor kit? I think it would appeal to the little boy crowd and also be good for farming, summer garden layouts. It would also be good at harvest time.

I would love a kit that matches this bedding:
 This photo is from a website but I might be able to get better pics when I get home. I would love to make some pages/artwork to match this. It could be a kit that can be used for anything...maybe an 'about me' or 'dream, wish, believe' or anything really. I just love the colors.

I wish some one would do like Spider man and Batman kits..I know you cant do the actual characters ( I think) but the colors and stuff that would 'go' with it would be cool...hmmm..lemme think and get back to this post later..
