Default Any InDesign users out there?

I'm curious ... are there any InDesign users in our community?

Do you ever use it for scrapbooking? If so, what do you use it for - full page layout, text layout, book generation, etc.?

I used indesign way back in the day.. like 20 years ago at a print shop and occasionally for a few years after for a few things I did freelance like brochures and stuff. Before indesign I used Quark Express at my job which was the industry standard for a very long time.

I subscribe to the whole adobe suite but I don't have indesign installed

I use InDesign all the time as I design magazines with it.

Absolutely LOVE it but would never scrap with it when I have the use of photoshop.

I also used Quark like KCB to design magazines, but that was many many many moons ago. ID is the go to for that kind of design work.

I remember there were so many people who did not want to switch over to in design when it first came out! I was pretty stubborn too LOL

I loved Quark but challenged myself to learn ID. I taught myself and haven't looked back since. But I hear you.. everyone thought Quark was the bees knees!

I still use it at work for magazines, newspapers, brochures and some other stuff but I don't think I would use it to scrap since I have Photoshop.
I remember years ago it was PageMaker before InDesign.

I had lessons in Quark Express as well, but I never really used it for my job.

Wow I haven't heard 'Quark' in a long time! I learned the basics of it to do some simple brochure designs at a job once.
