for the future, you can copy and paste everything, but erase and go over any and all punctuations

Hey there I am trying to join the This or That challenge and I put a spaceholder post in the forum thread, but I can't figure out how to edit the post so that I can put links to my layouts / keep track of progress. Can someone point me to the location of the edit button please?

Welcome to Sweet Shoppe! The edit button should be at the bottom right-hand corner of your post. I'm not sure if it's one of those things where you have to have a minimum number of posts in the forum for you to have access.

Hi Sarah, I think there's a post with instructions for posting layouts in the thread. I'll try to find that for you.
Something that might be holding you up is your post count. I believe once you're over 10 the restrictions are lifted.

Awww Thank you so much for your help! Your explanations helps me a lot and I agree with you that the mosti imprtant is to be inspired by the quote finally. I had to go to see your layout!
Unfortunately, I think I won't have time to make the page I wanted to do but thank you again for your kind answer and Bonne chance to you too!

Welcome and enjoy the challenges, I can't wait to see what you create. You need 10 posts, before you can do anything else... or send a PM to Robin (the owner) she might be able to help you sooner...

I'm in post count purgatory too, so I feel your pain! I'm hoping that I'm close to 10 so I can edit my post and add my newest layouts to the challenge post, especially since we're so close to the end of the month! Yikes! (If not, I guess there's always next month! Haha)

I am wondering if I can use a collab kit for the featured designer option - like the two scoops or triple dip? Or does it need to be ONLY by the featured designer???

I've tried to read all the posts but I couldn't find what I was looking for....

You can definitely use a scoop or dip that a Featured Designer contributed to for these Carina

scrap with featured designer, it can be any of their products not the one that you get for free with purchase, correct?

Correct. It doesn't have to be the FWP product.

You can scrap about someone with excellent writing skills or math skills.
The word nerd option makes me also think of scrapping a favorite poem.

I think I am going to go the route of some photos of my kid doing some homework. Leaning towards language arts or math homework.

Default Edit This or That Thread?

Hi,

I'm posting for the first time here at Sweet Shoppe, and I've completed two of the This or That Challenges. I'm having a problem going in to edit my tracker in the forum. I want to add the links to the challenges, but I don't see an "edit" button anywhere. Can I please have some direction on what to do?

Thank you,
Robin

I think you have to have a certain number of posts in order to have that option, 10 maybe? I am not sure but I will send out a bat signal for clarification and some help for you.

Hi everybody!
Just a question for 3a - Scrap using one of our new designer freebies
Can we also use the bundle kit with the freebie if the designer makes one or only the freebie part?
Thank you so much for your help!

Sure, as long as you include some part of the freebie. Absolutely

I´m a bit confused regarding Options #12A and #12B for April. Can someone please explain the difference between "Scrap a pocket page" and "Scrap a page with pockets"? To me that sounds the same....

I had the same, but I think the 'A' option is more like a project life kind of page, while the 'B' option can be with a jeans pocket or a pocket page but with those plastic protectors. I hope this makes sense... otherwise, they do sound the same indeed...
Here's an example for the 'B' option with a jeans pocket (I made this last october, so not for this month):

Have the march sweet rewards been sent out? By my reconning they should have been sent out this week but I didn't receive the PM. My post linking the layouts I had completed also seems to have disappeared, along with everyone else's who didn't complete the 15 challenges (I had done 14), so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with that?

Vanessa is in charge of the sweet rewards. If you were eligible, you will receive it soon, Gen. As to your post being gone, do not worry, I have a copy of the full thread for Vanessa to check on for the Sweet Rewards behind the scene.

It really is just a fun contrasting phrase to play on the opposite of black & white.

From the internet... "You can use technicolor to describe real or imagined scenes when you want to emphasize that they are very colorful, especially in an exaggerated way."

So we're thinking just playing with really bright, vivid colors in your page.

Is it possible to get linked images to the monthly examples? There are some that I want to get the products used but can't find the images in the gallery.

The layouts are done by the Babes ahead of time and they only post them when those products release, at least that's what I've noticed in the past.

Which product did you need to know? I'm sure if you post it here, someone will be able to point you to the right kit/template used.

They aren't huge, but here are this month's sketches as separate images and a little larger. Hope it helps

Hi, I'm new and just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding. For these challenges, we don't have to post the layouts we make in any particular thread, just put it on the tracker?? And post the tracker with links to each layout in the gallery??

Hi Daydreamer, there is a Gallery section for "This or That? Challenges" that you can add your layout to, but that's optional.
The most important thing is to have it on the tracker with links.

Question on Shout Out and Show offs, can we post more than once in the thread? I have left love on more than 15 layouts, should I post again, linking to each of them in a new post or just the one time?
