Birthday party ideas

Hi sweet shoppe gals!

My little girl's birthday is two months away and I'm starting to plan her party. We'll have a small party here at home and another one at her school. It will be a low key party with close friends but I still want to decorate our place a bit.

I was hoping you could link me up to party planning blogs/sites so I could get more ideas for her special day. I already found this site here and found a lot of ideas for table setting and decor. I'm open for more though, the more inspiration the better right?

Oh our theme this year is Minnie Mouse and pink polka dots

My little guy's 3rd b-day is in 2 months too (sob - he's getting so big!) and I need party ideas too. So I'll definitely be watching this thread!

Mine is turning 4! I can feel your sadness, they do grow up so fast.

Thanks a lot! I found some really nice printables I can use for her birthday.

Today I bought some tissue paper to make these pompom lanterns and it turned out nice. I will use it as part of the decorations for the party.
