I change mine fairly regularly...usually photos, or photos with quotes. Rarely do I do something scrappy, just for times sake.
Right now it's this image that I made but didn't bother to crop for timeline dimensions.

I last changed mine in February. I'm thinking of changing mine for Birthday in July.

This is my original time line photo I've never changed mine!!! Hahaha!! I also think my avatar photo is from 2 summers ago (yep just checked it's from July 2011)!!! I don't like change much!!!
