Did you try going to the c:/windows/fonts and then go to File > Install New Font?

Okay, I tried that, but I can't find the font when I do it that way. Should I save it somewhere else, then do the install font?

You can navigate to the font location if you know where the font is.

It might be easier to save the font in an easy to find location though.

I unzip somewhere easy

Then go to explore, find that folder, keep that folder open while on the left side going to C: Windows, fonts... then I drag the fonts into that folder.
