I need help again, lol
What do you countdown to? I can't think of anything I would use a countdown for on a scrapbook page. All the templates I see that countdown are about like christmas or summer memories, but I wouldn't use a countdown for anything like that. I'm a bit lost. I'm so close to finishing my bingo card but I need some ideas! Any ideas? Shoot out anything you can think of, maybe something will inspire me.

I'm not doing Bingo so I haven't read the prompt, but maybe they last few days of the school year (or until Christmas, a birthday, etc), years until a child leaves for college, lead up to a detonation (an argument, blast off for a space page)

A countdown can be a list or period of time. It can be the title of your page "countdown to kindergarten," something about the last week of summer before school. Countdown to vacation. Countdown until a due date. A countdown is basically waiting for something, or the list of things that have happened in a sequence of events. As with all of our bingo challenges, we just want to see you stretching yourself to try something new, but we aren't rigidly making sure it's an actual New Year's ball drop countdown. Make the challenge work for you and your memories you need to get scrapped.

I was having trouble with one but when I looked at the FAQ thread I saw this posted by Loni:
23. Template Challenge: Countdown... Use a template where numbers are a predominant feature and let them help to tell your story. So, I took a template where numbers were the main focus and thought what I could scrap about for us. I took the 2018 template and turned it into a day in the life of us. I could also imagine a birthday layout with a template with a year or age on it. I could think of top ten or twenty books, movies, tv shows, fave quotes, bible verses (if thats your thing), fave foods.... anything faves would work really. A countdown to an expected event you are excited for... my kids frequently have countdowns to concerts on their phones for instance. Basically the word countdown is probably limiting you. Remove it and focus on how Loni explained it maybe to help broaden your thinking. |

Countdown until Daddy comes home, or worse, countdown until Daddy leaves (again)
There are a lot of things to countdown. 1. Countdown until you move 2. Countdown until summer vacation (or the kids go back to school) 3. Countdown until debt free 4. Countdown until you see your parents, best friend, family member, etc. 5. Countdown until a birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc. 6. Countdown until a vacation/staycation 7. Countdown until a much needed dr appointment/surgery 8. Countdown until a package arrives 9. Countdown until delivery of a baby 10. Countdown until Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall See...lots of ideas! Just have to find one that fits you and photos that you have to scrap <3 You've got this. I know you can get black out! |
