Default Weird Netflix issues? Anyone else?

So... I was supposed to get Grownups from Netflix on the 9th, never got it so I checked my Queue... it said I got the movie on the 9th and returned it on the 11th. Never happened... so I called customer service and they said the front label must have gotten torn off in the mail and the movie returned to them (made sense) Theysent me the movie as a bonus (out with my other choice since I only get 1 a month). So I check my mailbox on the 12th and I have 2 movies in there, the one I was expecting and a Glee tv series disc that I never even ordered and it wasn't on my queue list.... So I have those 2 and will be getting Grownups tomorrow, when I'm only on the 1 disc at a time plan. I don't know what the heck is going on with their shipping department...
Has anything weird like that happened to anyone else? Or should I consider it a lucky bonus? lol

well I returned a movie to them and it took like two weeks for them to send another. Not exactly the same issue I guess. I was about to report them missing when I got the email they had gotten them back and sent the next movie on my list

Wow, 2 weeks! That's crazy!!! When I send back my movies, I always get a new one back 3 days later (except the issue this week)

hmmm never had that happen. but i get the unlimited package. and they seem to come fast and with no problems for me. hope it gets better for you.

I got a broken movie in the mail. I reported the problem on line and the computer prompt told me to send back the pieces of the DVD and they sent a replacement out same day. On a side note, I wish they would get better movies in their instant que. I'm tired of the same old thing all the time!

I haven't had that happen, how weird! I did however last week think I did not get a movie, report it lost and then suddenly I found the movie in my bag. Felt bad then since they had already sent a new one out, but I seriously do not remember having gotten it. lol

That's so bizarre! I've never heard of that. We did get a broken disk last week, and they sent a replacement out the same day I reported it.
